Our Manager and Pizza Chef of 20 years “Bob”, has recently spent time at the world renowned “Bivero Pizza Academy” in Florence, further developing his recipes and skills. Meaning our pizzas are baked to perfection in our state of the art Moretti Forni oven. They are then topped with freshly sourced ingredients producing a mouth-watering pizza that will leave you wanting more!
With a passion for delivering a high standard, we wanted to match it with great individuals. Our team have been selected following a stringent process focussed on great customer service. We are delighted to say that we were blown away with the quality of applicants, with over 80% of our staff from within our catchment area. We love the idea of giving something back to the local community and younger individuals; hence 45% of our team are between the age of 16 and 20 who will gain invaluable experience serving our customers.
